Concept Design Phase

The services listed below are how we organize and manage your DESIGN process:

• 2 Site Visits / Concept Consultation Meetings
  Professional consultation meetings to discuss designs and new home needs, and fill out the New Home/(Renovation) Design Worksheet. This gives our design team insight into your specific needs  and wants prior to starting the design work. Ensures that your goals are in writing and influencing  the design from the very beginning of your project.

• 1st Draft Custom Home or Renovation Floor Plans
  Professionally drafted floor plans drawn based on sketches, and/or client photos, and the New Home/(Renovation) Design Worksheet. Floor plans provide the basic layout of the new home so  the functional needs of the family are all accounted for from the beginning.

• 1 Major Revision of Proposed Plans
  Sometimes the first draft of an idea needs to be adjusted dramatically. We include 1 major revision, if needed, to make sure your needs are covered. After 1 major revision, we do need to cover our costs though, so a 2nd or 3rd major revision is $750 per revision.

• 3-D Exterior Views (if applicable)
  This gives you a visual of the proposed exterior, and allows us to tailor your design to your needs and wants.

• 3-D Interior Views
  This process allows you to see what your future home will look like inside when completed before we ever start to budget or build, so you can be confident in your interior design & layout.

• Detailed Cost Estimate Based on Designs
  The Detailed Cost Estimate allows you to make an informed decision and to change your budget as needed before you ever even commit to Building/Renovating your home.

• Cost Estimate Consultation Meeting
  When your preliminary estimate is complete we have a meeting to discuss your preliminary budget for your New Home/Renovation.
