Here’s exactly how we take you from a rough idea to a home you can see, price, and build with confidence in 7 clear steps.

1. Concept Consultation & Site Visits (2 Meetings)

We begin with a professional consultation meeting and a site visit to discuss your vision, review your needs, and complete a detailed New Home Design Worksheet.

This ensures your goals, preferences, and priorities are clearly documented and guide the design from the very beginning.

2. First Draft Custom Home Floor Plans

Based on your design worksheet, sketches, and/or inspiration photos, our team creates professionally drafted floor plans that establish the design of your new home.

This step ensures the layout is functional, intentional, and aligned with your family’s needs from the start.

3. Major Plan Revision (1 Included)

If needed, we include one major revision to adjust the overall design and ensure it fully aligns with your vision.

After the first major revision, any additional design changes are billed at $1.00 per square foot of the portion of the plan being modified, per revision. 

4. 3D Exterior Renderings

We provide detailed exterior renderings so you can clearly visualize the look and style of your future home, allowing us to refine and tailor the design to your preferences.

5. 3D Interior Renderings

See your home come to life before construction begins.

These interior visualizations help you understand layout, flow, and design choices so you can move forward with confidence in both function and style.

6. Detailed Cost Estimate

Once the design is developed, we prepare a comprehensive cost estimate based on your plans.

This gives you clarity and confidence to make informed decisions and allows you to adjust your budget before committing to construction.

7. Budget Review Meeting

After your preliminary estimate is complete, we meet to review your budget in detail, answer questions, and ensure you have a clear understanding of your investment before moving forward.

BASE PRICE: $4,950

COST PER SQUARE FOOT 

OVER 1,800 Sq Ft conditioned living space:  $2.75

COST PER MAJOR REVISION

$1.00 per square foot of any area revised
