Our Renovation Design Process
The services below outline how we organize and guide your renovation design experience helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a plan designed around your home and lifestyle.
1. Site Visits & Concept Consultation Meetings (2 Meetings)
We begin with professional consultation meetings and site visits to discuss your renovation goals, evaluate your existing home, and complete a detailed Renovation Design Worksheet.
This helps our design team fully understand your needs, priorities, and vision before design work begins, ensuring your goals guide the project from the very beginning.
2. First Draft Renovation Floor Plans
Using your ideas, inspiration photos, sketches, and renovation worksheet, we create professionally drafted renovation floor plans tailored to your home.
These plans establish the updated layout and ensure your functional needs, lifestyle, and design goals are thoughtfully incorporated from the start.
3. Major Plan Revision (1 Included)
Sometimes the first draft needs significant adjustments to better fit your vision.
We include one major revision to help ensure the design aligns with your goals.
After the first major revision, any additional design changes are billed at $1.00 per square foot of the portion of the plan being modified, per revision.
4. 3D Exterior Renderings (If Applicable)
For exterior renovations or additions, we provide 3D renderings to help you clearly visualize the updated appearance of your home before construction begins.
5. 3D Interior Renderings
See your renovated space come to life before construction starts.
These interior renderings help you visualize layouts, finishes, and design details so you can move forward with confidence in your renovation decisions.
6. Detailed Cost Estimate Based on Design
Once your renovation design is developed, we prepare a detailed cost estimate based on the proposed scope of work.
This gives you the information needed to make confident decisions and adjust your budget before committing to construction.
7. Renovation Budget Consultation Meeting
After your preliminary estimate is completed, we meet with you to review the renovation budget, answer questions, and discuss the next steps before moving forward with your project.

BASE PRICE: $2,475.00
COST PER SQUARE FOOT
OVER 900 Sq Ft: $2.75
COST PER MAJOR REVISION
$1.00 per square foot of any area revised
